Coles HR Ltd is a small company established by Sandi Coles in January 2008 to provide consultancy support to both public and private sector organisations on Human Resources policy and practice.
With 30 years experience as an HR Practitioner, Sandi Coles brings particular expertise in the area of reorganisations and TUPE transfers as well as on matters of policy development, learning & development and diversity. Other associates bring significant experience in selection and assessment centres, policy & procedure development, case working and the practical application of employment law.
